Will Fapello remove my content if I ask?
Sometimes. Sites like Fapello vary: some act on a proper DMCA notice, many ignore them. That is why the notice goes to the company hosting the site as well, and why delisting from Google and Bing matters. Delisting works even when the site itself never replies.
Is it illegal for Fapello to post my content?

What if it comes back after it is taken down?
